Tank privacy policy

This page explains how we handle your information to keep it simple and safe.

Who we are

Elevated Labs runs Tank through 118LABS LLC, a company in Florida, USA. Tank is based in the United States and open to people anywhere in the world. We follow U.S. law. Data is stored and processed in the United States. Contact franco@118labs.ai for questions and requests.

What we keep

• Sign-in: Amazon Cognito holds your e-mail address and your name.
• Google: Google gives us only your name, your e-mail address, and whether Google confirmed your address.
• Passwords: Cognito stores passwords in a form no one can read back. We never see them.
• Fingerprint: We keep a one-way fingerprint of your e-mail address to know which Tank is yours.
• Domain: We keep the domain if you signed up yourself.
• Setup: You tell us your name, language, time zone, how the architect talks, and the agreement date.
• Content: You put your tasks, notes, profile, and daily plan in Tank. We keep your messages with the operator.
• Connections: Tank reads no mailbox, calendar or recorder unless you say yes to each one separately. Tank keeps a short summary and its id. It never keeps the full text of an e-mail. The AI model reads it to summarize, and Tank keeps only the summary.
• Costs: We keep daily AI model costs on your Tank as numbers only for 40 days. This holds the daily spending limit.

What we use it for

We use your data only to run your Tank. We sign you in, keep your things, write your plan and drafts, and let the operator answer you. We do not sell it. We do not show you ads. We do not use it to train AI models.

Google user data

Tank asks Google only for your name and e-mail address to sign you in. We ask through the openid, email and profile scopes. Tank does not read your Gmail, Calendar, Drive or contacts through Google. Tank's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who else sees it

• Hosting: Amazon Web Services hosts Tank and its database in the United States and runs the sign-in.
• AI: Anthropic provides Claude, the AI model the architect uses. It reads what is new for you and writes your plan and drafts.
• Google: Google is involved only if you sign in with Google.
• Operator: Elevated Labs answers messages you send through Tank. To help you, the operator can open a read-only copy of your page. Every look is recorded.
• Others: We share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies

Tank sets one cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Scripts on the page cannot read it. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have a Tank. Ask us to delete it and we remove everything, your sign-in included, within 15 days. We keep only your Tank's short name and the date. That name is never given to someone else.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. You can ask us to stop the architect's runs. Write to franco@118labs.ai from the address you sign in with. We answer within 15 days.

Security

Each Tank has its own space in our database. The database refuses any attempt to read one Tank with another Tank's keys. Every connection is encrypted with HTTPS.

Age

Tank is for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes. If a change affects what we keep or who sees it, we tell you in your Tank.
